For the design of the harbor loft in Rotterdam, where the Barbe family will live, I took their specific needs and preferences into account.

Since the family does not have green fingers, I made sure that the design of the loft does not require any gardening. Instead, I designed a spacious living-kitchen with plenty of storage space, so they can easily store all their things.

Considering their love for music, I have provided good acoustics in the ground floor so that they can play and listen to their favorite music there. I also created a separate room for them so that they can also make music quietly there.

Considering their preference for design classics and bright colors, I made sure that the interior of the loft is both stylish and lively. I have selected furniture and decorations from Dutch design brands such as Leolux, Montis, Arco, Artifort, Moooi, Linteloo and Pastoe, which are not only of high quality, but also suit their taste and personality.

I also ensured that lighting fixtures from brands such as Modular, Metaform and Brand and van Egmond are used to properly illuminate the space and create a cozy atmosphere.

For the kitchen I chose high-quality appliances from Smeg and Miele, which are not only functional, but also match the design and style of the loft.
